I spend a big chunk of my time in my garden room, which is the view you have here. This little space is where I do anything creative. Sewing, scrapbooking, crafts, computers and painting, plus of course Zoom for congregation meetings.
I love anything to do with computers (apart from fixing them) and very much enjoy designing scrap kits for digital and RL scrapbooking. I took my first lessons in PSPx2 back in 2009. I now use PSP20 - I also enjoy designing and sewing, interior and exterior design. Customising clothes and shoes. I've also rekindled my love of Knitting while in lockdown.
Like anyone that's creative, the list can be exhaustive.
I was asked by a dear sister if I could teach her how to make a folder and subfolders on her laptop. With restrictions in place (due to Covid-19) and unable to see people face to face, the best thing was to do tutorials that can be easily walked through step by step on a computer screen.
Tutorials that could be referred back to when needed. The best way for me to do that was to build a blog. Of course, there are many wonderful tutorials on youtube, but for me, I like to see tutorials written down with easy to follow graphics. That way I could go over each step as many times as needed without feeling like I was being a pest to someone.
If you like tutorials set out that way, then welcome! It is my goal to add a tutorial whenever I get the chance.
